Food Pairing Notes
Spirit of 76's predominantly Pinot Noir backbone stands up to an array of culinary delights: crab salad with Pink lady apple slaw would highlight the wine's ripe red apple notes. Asian flavors would be very appealing. A cheese plate of hard, soft and blue cheeses would be fun to explore.
