Phase 3 Tastings - By Appointment

We are open and offering outdoor tastings, which, as you know, is our forte and makes social distancing very easy to achieve. We are already “by appointment”, so we are simply pairing down the number of guests we can welcome at a time to make coming here a safe and perfectly lovely experience - literally a breath of fresh air!

Tastings are available by reservation for a maximum of four people staggered at 10am, 12 noon, 2pm and 4pm. We are offering two flights - one focusing on our delicious bubblies; the other showcasing our single vineyard Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. Our Tasting fee is $30 per person, refundable with the purchase of 2 bottles of wine. Wine Club members receive complimentary tastings (depending on club level).

We will be wearing face masks … and guests will have to wear masks too when you arrive … until you get situated to taste ... and then as you walk back to your car, please.

How about ordering some food with your tasting? You can book a table in our Gazebo for picnics. The fee is $30 for the table plus bottle service. To make a reservation, please contact our Tasting Room Manager Eric Abraham via email: eric@ironhorsevineyards.com or by calling us at call us at 707-820-1506 .

We’ve partnered with Big Bottom Market and are using their WineCountryLunch.com website so you can have tasty food waiting here for you when you arrive. They have delicious sandwiches, salads, and meal boxes for two that include charcuterie, artichoke dip, fruit, cheese, and their award-winning biscuits. They handle everything; you pay them directly – gratuity and delivery included. Iron Horse and Big Bottom Market are a beautiful pairing. Please click here to place your order.

For everyone’s sake …  and your comfort … we are adhering to the protocols set by county health officials to a T.

Here is our health and safety protocol check list:

  1. Reservations are mandatory. Please book online in advance. Or, call us at 707 887 1507.
  2. All staff will be wearing masks.
  3. Protocols require guests to don masks when you get out of your car in the parking area and keep them on until you are situated to taste.
  4. You will pick up your tasting glasses at check in, right out of the rack from the dishwasher.
  5. Hand sanitizer will be available at check in and all along the Tastings Bars.
  6. Social distancing is required. We ask that you please stay at least six feet apart from others and we will gently remind you, if need be.
  7. We will be disinfecting all surfaces after each tasting.
  8. Tasting menus will be printed individually and thrown away.
  9. Payment will be contact free, no cash please.

We keep saying it forever: Thank you all so much for your support, always, especially now. It is so encouraging to have you rally beside us as we weather this storm together. We are so grateful.

Please note: Under our current restrictions limiting the number of guests we can safely welcome here and maintain social distancing, we respectfully request that you please cancel at least 24 hours before you scheduled tasting or you will be charged the tasting fee.
