This wine is a perfect summer wine which pairs beautifully with grilled food but, especially melon and prosciutto, goat cheese stuffed grilled peaches, quinoa salad, chicken salad with grapes and pecans, crunchy skinned grilled garlic chicken and cedar plank BBQ salmon.
