The 2013 Commander’s Palace is a unique sparkling cuvée crafted for the legendary New Orleans restaurant in the Garden District. Made from predominantly Pinot Noir, it has an exhilarating rosé color. The cuvée is festive, vibrant and satisfying.
By nose, strawberry, minerality and ripe red apple. In the mouth, white peaches, cherry, strawberry and cinnamon with lime at the finish.

Try with everything you would normally pair with a Pinot based sparkling wine but especially good with the classic Commander's Palace Haute Creole specialties such as softshell crab, gumbo, pecan crusted gulf fish with etouffee and Creole bread pudding.
